We are looking for a Commercial Lead to take Planethon's impact and opportunities to the next level. 

Full-time position - 100%
Location: Stockholm
Start date: As soon as possible

About the role 
The Commercial Lead will drive sales and partnerships for Planethon’s advisory and activation services which means working to generate new business opportunities within strategic foresight, sustainability innovation and transformation. Day to day that means nurturing the relationships of our longstanding partners as well as developing new relationships and securing opportunities with new companies and organisations. It also means developing our business model and practice.

- Establishing new business opportunities, connections and partnerships
- Commercialize and develop Planethon practices
- Driving sales processes from start to finish
- Secure partnerships throughout the work
- Close collaboration and work with the rest of the Planethon team in our sales efforts and as client lead in relevant projects

About you 
We are looking for a value- and results focused colleague with the dedication and grit to make planet positive change happen. We believe you have an excellent track record and ability in identifying growth and impact potential, establishing new business opportunities, understanding needs and tailoring strategic solutions, preferably within sustainability. Our guess is that you have a management consultant background or similar with an extensive network of your own.

You are a team player and you thrive on learning about the challenges that our clients are facing as well as identifying opportunities and solutions for tackling key problems. You have experience working with sustainable business development and services focused on sustainability strategy, innovation, transformation and/or leadership development. We are looking for the right person and fit for our team, culture and needs. Formal training is less important than your personality, track record and your ability to make great things happen. You are proficient in both Swedish and English.
